Telephone Call Back

We have now introduced a call back facility on our telephone system.

Rather than having to wait in a queue, until your call can be answered, you can now opt to be automatically called back.  You will retain the same position in the queue and you will be called when it comes to your turn, exactly as if you had waited on the line.

At peak times, there may be some delay before you are called back but rest assured you will be in the queue and you will get called.
