About Us

Welcome to Lavant Road Surgery. On our web site you will find a wealth of information on the surgery and the services we offer.

Situated to the north of Chichester City Centre, our practice was opened in the 1920s. We have steadily expanded over the years and now have 7 doctors, 2 nurses and more than 20 other staff members ready to help with all manner of health related issues.

It is quick and easy to register with a GP using our simple online GP registration form. Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required. We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes.
