About Us
Welcome to Lavant Road Surgery. On our web site you will find a wealth of information on the surgery and the services we offer.
Situated to the north of Chichester City Centre, our practice was opened in the 1920s. We have steadily expanded over the years and now have 7 doctors, 2 nurses and more than 20 other staff members ready to help with all manner of health related issues.
Registration
Whether you are new to the area or have never registered with a GP practice before, there is usually no need to come to the practice to complete your registration and no proof of address is required. We are a local GP Practice and have a catchment area for home visiting purposes.
Accessibility Needs
We want to get better at communicating with our patients and ensure you can read and understand the information we send you.
If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know.

Disabled Access
- The surgery is disabled access friendly with disabled parking and toilets.
- All patient areas are located on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible.

- We have parking available for 16 vehicles, two of which are reserved for disabled parking.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
