Introducing SystmConnect for Online Consultations

Replacing Rapid Health

We are pleased to announce that we will soon be moving from Rapid Health to SystmConnect for our online consultation service.

Once the change has taken place, you will notice that the login logo on our website homepage has been updated to the SystmConnect logo.

SystmConnect is an easy-to-use online consultation platform that allows you to contact the practice quickly and conveniently, without needing to call or visit in person. By completing a simple online form, you can request medical advice, administrative support, or appointments at a time that suits you. Your request will be reviewed by our team, who will respond with the most appropriate next step—such as advice, a prescription, or arranging an appointment—helping ensure you receive the right care as efficiently as possible.

We recognise that Rapid Health did not fully meet expectations, and we hope that SystmConnect will provide a more reliable and user-friendly experience for our patients.

We kindly encourage patients to use online consultations wherever possible, rather than telephoning the practice.
