Stopping Appointment Bookings at Front Desk

 

From 1st July 2025 we will no longer be booking appointments at the front desk and request that, instead, patients use the telephone or online consultations to request an appointment.

We have taken this decision to enable us to better triage appointment requests and to avoid more sensitive conversations being had at the front desk, which may be overheard by patients in the vicinity and in the waiting room.

To complete an online consultation, please use AccuRx, which can be accessed by scrolling down on our Home page.

Patients who have been asked to book a follow-up appointment, after seeing a clinician, will still be able to book that appointment as they leave the surgery on their way out.
