Online Services

As part of our committment to offering our services more flexibly, we offer you online access to the following range of services:

• Appointment Booking - book and cancel appointments online. For details on what appointments can be booked online, please click here.
• Repeat Prescriptions - order your repeat prescription online and pickup from the surgery;

Our online service is provded by SystemOne, the UK's leading IT supplier in Primary Healthcare.

To ensure that only genuine patients apply for this service, you must come into the surgery together with proof of ID (preferably photographic ID and proof of address.) and personally obtain a registration letter. This letter will provide you with secure information that will allow you to create an online account.

Patients previously registered with EMISaccess Login Details

We are changing our computer system from EMIS to SystmOne.

If you have previously used the EMISaccess website to book appointments or manage prescriptions, you are automatically registered with SystmOne online, but your login details will change slightly.

You can use your EMISaccess login details to log in to SystmOnline, without needing to visit the practice to be provided with a user name and password.

If your EMISaccess password is less than eight characters long, however, you will not be able to use it on SystmOnline. In this case, you will need to visit your practice to set up your login details.

On EMISaccess, you will have used the following information to log in:

• Access ID
• EMISaccess Practice ID  - 1481 (always the same for our surgery)
• Password

On SystmOnline, you will need:

• User name
• Password

Your SystmOnline user name will be 'AccessID_EMISaccessPracticeID'. (_ is an ‘underscore’.) Your password remains the same.

Example: Fred Bloggs attends Lavant Road Practice and has an EMISaccess login. His Access ID is '1000', the EMISaccess Practice ID for Station Road is '1481' and his password is 'opensesame'. On SystmOnline his user name will therefore be '1000_1481' and his password will be 'opensesame'.

As SystmOnline has stricter password requirements than EMISaccess, you are encouraged to change your password the first time you log in so that it is at least eight characters and includes at least one number and one non-alphanumeric character, e.g. '!' or '?'

New Patients

If you have not yet registered with the practice you can download a Health Questionnaire Form here. Complete it and bring along to the surgery. We will also need to see 2 forms of identification, one with a photograph, e.g. a passport or driving licence, and one with proof of address e.g. a utility bill. (For students your university card or letter of proof of a university place will suffice as proof of address.)
