Online Services
As part of our committment to offering our services more flexibly, we can now offer you online access to the following range of services:
- Appointment Booking - book and cancel appointments online. For details on what appointments can be booked online, please click here.
- Repeat Prescriptions - order your repeat prescription online and pickup from the surgery;
- Change of Address - update your personal details online so we always have up-to-date information;
- Secure Messaging - send us a short, secure, non-urgent message online.
Our online service is provded by EMIS Access from EMIS, the UK's leading IT supplier in Primary Healthcare.
Registered Patients
To ensure that only genuine patients use the service, you must first obtain a Registration Letter from the surgery. You can either write requesting access or use the online contact form available here. The Registration Letter will provide you with secure information that will allow you to create an online account.
Once you have created your account, you can use the online service by entering our Practice ID, your personal Access ID and your password.

New Patients
If you have not yet registered with the practice you can download a GMS1 form here, complete it and bring along to the surgery. We will also need to see 2 forms of identification, one with a photograph, e.g. a passport or driving licence, and one with proof of address e.g. a utility bill. (For students your university card or letter of proof of a university place will suffice as proof of address.)
