Your NHS number
There is a national drive to inform all patients of their NHS number, and you may have noticed that increasingly medical forms will ask you for this identification number.
We will try and assist this process by including NHS numbers on patient correspondence, such as recall letters. In the meantime, if you need to know your NHS number, and cannot find it elsewhere (e.g. on your medical card) then please phone the surgery, after 11am please, and the receptionist will be able to look it up for you.
Please note we can only give the number to the individual concerned, we cannot give you other people’s details, including spouses, except for children under 16. For security purposes we may ask you to verify personal details or ring you back.

Parking in the Surgery Car Park is still proving to be an issue.
The Front Car Park is for Staff and Disabled parking only.
We are very limited in space in our car park. Obviously, we do make exceptions for the elderly and the infirm but we really would be very grateful if all other patients could park round in Highland Road.
We do realise that the problem is compounded by building contractors parking in the lay-by due to the work next door. We have asked the builders to try not to take up too many parking spaces, but they have restricted space too.
Thank you for your co-operation.
