Are you over 65 or in an ‘at risk’ group?
Please book in now for a flu appointment. We are holding flu clinics on Saturday 9th and 16th October 2010 9-12.30pm or you can book in at any Nurse slot.

Your NHS number
There is a national drive to inform all patients of their NHS number, and you may have noticed that increasingly medical forms will ask you for this identification number.
We will try and assist this process by including NHS numbers on patient correspondence, such as recall letters. In the meantime, if you need to know your NHS number, and cannot find it elsewhere (e.g. on your medical card) then please phone the surgery, after 11am please, and the receptionist will be able to look it up for you.
Please note we can only give the number to the individual concerned, we cannot give you other people’s details, including spouses, except for children under 16. For security purposes we may ask you to verify personal details or ring you back.
