Doctors
Here at Lavant Road Surgery you are welcome to see any doctor or to see the doctor of your choice when they are next free. However, it is usually helpful to try and see the same doctor about a problem you have previously consulted for as this helps us maintain the continuity of your care.
Please note: Since Government changes in April 2004, patients are no longer registered with a specific GP, but rather with a practice. However, many IT systems within the NHS have not been updated to take account of this and a named GP is still commonly used. If asked for "your GP" please simply quote the practice details.
