Appointments
Consultations are by appointment at the surgery. You can make appointments by:
- Calling at the surgery
- Telephoning the surgery
- Using our Online Appointments service
Note that we do not accept appointment requests via email. If you arrive at the surgery without making an appointment, you may be subject to a long wait.
The Receptionists do their best to satisfy all requests to see the Doctor and you will be given the first appointment available. To avoid confusion, please tell the receptionist if more than one person needs an appointment.
On arrival at the surgery, please report to the Receptionist or use the Touch Screen, otherwise the Doctor will not know you have arrived.
Urgent cases are seen as soon as possible on the same day, but please do not abuse this facility.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please let the Receptionist know as soon as possible. Appointments are in great demand and someone else may benefit from your cancellation.
Remember, if you need advice you can call NHS Direct on 08 45 46 47 at anytime, 24hrs/day.

To request a telephone consultation, please call the reception. You will be asked to provide appropriate contact details including one or more telephone numbers and the times that you will be available on the number(s) provided.
If you have a serious medical emergency, call 999.
