About the Practice

If you have already registered with us, then we are delighted to welcome you to Lavant Road Surgery, where we aim to provide a high standard of personal health. If you have not yet registered with the surgery, please contact us to arrange registration. We can provide you with access to our online services so that you can complete pre-registration information, but you will still need to visit the surgery in order to complete registration.

The doctors work in an unlimited partnership as a general medical group practice. We are happy for you to consult any member of the practice, but it is to your advantage to have continuity of care from one Doctor.

You may express a preference in writing to receive services from a particular Doctor/Health Care Professional either generally or in relation to any condition. We shall endeavour to comply with reasonable requests but reserve the right to not do so if the preferred person has reasonable grounds to refuse or does not routinely perform the service in question.
